Returns & Exchanges

At Unstable Games, we want you to love your apparel as much as your favorite tabletop night. If your gear isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the unwashed and unworn items in their original packaging, ensuring all hangtags are still attached to the garments.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, secure it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or ship out your new exchange size within 5-7 business days.
